A name shaped by a real place.

SAMELIS is an original name inspired by Sami, Kefalonia—a historic Ionian town framed by mountains and sea and connected to our family roots.

Ancient Sami was one of the island’s four principal city-states and sat at the meeting point of mountain, sea, trade and resilience. SAMELIS carries that heritage forward into a modern physician-curated wellness brand built around strength, longevity, simplicity and science.

Our idea is simple: From ancient Sami’s agricultural and maritime heritage to modern nutritional science, SAMELIS draws inspiration from the enduring Mediterranean approach to nourishment, strength and wellbeing.
