Why is the annual price only $350?
The plan is intentionally narrower than a full concierge practice. Text2MD uses telemedicine, defined visit allowances, secure messaging, and direct-pay administration to provide physician continuity without building the cost structure of a luxury in-person medical practice.
Does membership mean I can contact the doctor anytime?
The plan includes secure messaging for appropriate ongoing-care questions. It is not a 24/7 emergency or unlimited on-call service. Some concerns require a scheduled visit, in-person evaluation, urgent care, emergency care, or another specialist.
Does the plan include unlimited physician visits?
No. The plan includes three 20-minute video consultations during the membership year plus secure messaging for appropriate ongoing questions. Additional services may have separate fees.
Do I need the annual plan for GLP-1 treatment or menopause care?
No. Membership is optional. GLP-1 weight-loss treatment has its own program structure, and patients can begin menopause, gut, metabolic, and general care with a single physician consultation.
Does membership guarantee prescriptions, labs, referrals, or treatment?
